How long we keep information

- Client information: 6 years after our relationship with the client ends, to comply with legal, tax, and contractual obligations.
- Prospective client enquiries: 2 years from our last contact, unless you become a client sooner.
- Recruitment (unsuccessful applicants): 6 months after the recruitment process ends.
- Recruitment (successful applicants / employees): duration of employment and 6 years after employment ends.
We review our retention periods regularly to ensure we do not keep personal data for longer than necessary.
